Refund policy

General Policy

For all orders, tracking will become available when the order is processed by the courier which may take a few days. Rest assured your order is being fulfilled even if you haven't received tracking, please allow 1-4 business days for the system to update.

All sales are final. Due to the limited-edition nature of our products and international shipping logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or fit.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right!

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at contact@hamiboom.world within 3 days of receiving your order with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photo of the package with the shipping label visible
  3. Photos of the damage from multiple angles
  4. Photo of the packaging/box showing any damage
  5. A short video of the product clearly showing the issue

Once we've reviewed and verified the claim, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

You will not be required to ship the item back.

Please note that claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please email us at contact@hamiboom.world with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the item you received

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

You will not be required to ship the incorrect item back.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 14 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@hamiboom.world with your order number and tracking number.

We will investigate with the carrier and either:

  • Reship your order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost

Please check your tracking information before reaching out, as many delayed packages are still in transit and will arrive within a few additional days.

Order Cancellations & Changes

All orders have a 12 hour window after being placed for cancellations/changes. After this window, orders cannot be changed or edited as they would have been sent out for fulfillment already.

To request a cancellation or change, please email us at contact@hamiboom.world as soon as possible with your order number and the specific change you need (e.g. size swap, address correction, item removal).

Apparel Sizing

Apparel items (t-shirts) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing or fit preferences. Please refer to the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Items where a damage/defect claim upon delivery is submitted after 3 days of delivery
  • Apparel returns due to sizing or fit preference

European Union - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@hamiboom.world within 14 days of delivery with your order number and request.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving confirmation of your return or proof of shipment

Due to our international shipping logistics, return shipping from your location may exceed the value of the product. Please consider this before initiating a return.
